In a nutshell, Phase Five is the contribution made by NZ on Air towards the Government’s New Zealand Export Strategy.
The strategy was structured to provide a vehicle for musicians to move into the international market and so NZ on Air began Phase Five with a focus on supporting musicians ready to step onto the international stage.
